Stamping Bella card

Just wanted to add this one to the mix. The image is an Uptown Girls from Stamping Bella. I paper pieced the dresses and finally got to use sequins on a project! I now only have about 995 sequins left to go.

Thanks for looking!

More CC Designs love

Hello there!

I love this image from CC Designs because it reminds me of my two little girls! I colored up the stamp last summer but finally got around to putting a card together this weekend. I think more time last summer was spent craft shopping then (than? I never know! lol) actual crafting! But if I hadn't shopped I wouldn't have such awesome products to play with...right??? lol

Prisma color pencils and odorless mineral spirits were used to color in the image. The fence, grass, tree, and leaves are all dies by CC Designs. I didn't have a tiny flower die or punch so I used a Simon Says Stamp hearts die to create "flowers" for my tree. I used Tim Holtz distress inks to create the sky. The "hello" stamp is from the Hero Arts Everyday Sayings set and was punched out with an EK Success punch. A brad was used to make the "hello" look like a sign nailed to a tree. Hope it looks that way!

The second card I made for CC Designs February challenge but never got the chance to link up. This cutie is Cupcake Trevor and I colored him in with my Copics. Finished him off by paper piecing the cupcake. The sentiment is from AmyR's Sweet Sentiments set. Hope you like the card.

Thanks for taking a peak!

Mojo is flowing!

I got to spend last weekend crafting away. Loved every moment of it! My house cleaning suffered as a result of all the crafting but alas, life is short...

Onto the fun stuff! This darling is the CC Designs Swiss Pixie Bunny Lucy stamp that I've had for awhile. Finally got to ink her up and color her with my copics. The eggs are from a $1 transparent set I found at Joann and the grass dies are from MFT. Sentiment is from a Hero Arts clear set. After making this card I realized I "need" more Easter sentiments!

Thanks for taking a peak. Hope you're enjoying the weekend.

MFT Card Sketch #165

This one I'm linking up to MFT card sketch #165. It came together much faster than expected and features MFT Pure Innocence You're Special. Also got to use my MFT stitched circles dies for the first time!

I love having sketches to work with. Saves me so much time! I do have trouble picking papers to use. Sometimes having a lot of something isn't always a good thing! lol The flowers are from my huge Prima stash.

Happy stamping!

Stamping Bella Sketch Challenge #4

Here's my card for Stamping Bella Sketch Challenge #4

I finally got to ink up Uptown Girl (can you tell I love my Uptown Girls?!) Sunny is Stylish. Colored her with my Prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits.  You can't tell but I used glossy accents on her sunglasses. Not my usual brighter color palette but I think she turned out rather cute (patting myself on the back! haha).

Thanks for looking. Have a great weekend!

My first Some Odd Girl Stamp Set

I resisted getting any of the Some Odd Girl images initially but after getting this one, I was sold! I've since amassed quite a collection of the clear sets but this was the first one I ever inked up. I loved how she turned out. She is colored with Copics and popped up on dimensionals. The wreath is a retired MFT die and the sentiment from a Papertrey Ink set. Thanks for taking a peak now go get inky! ^^

Cheers!

Stampin Bella Uptown Girl Catherine Nibbling Chocolate

Another late night for me but at least it has been a productive one. I am planning to enter my card in this week's Stampin Bella's sketch and color challenge.

Inspired by AmyR's card, I inked up Uptown Girl Catherine Nibbling Chocolate and colored her in with my Copics. The sentiment stamp is from the Some Odd Girl Deck the Halls Tobie set and punched out with my very loved Stampin Up Modern Labels punch.

I think she turned out rather cute! Thanks for taking a peek.

Hope you're enjoying your weekend.
